The primary focus of Phoenix includes business planning, strategic advisory, and deal-shaping for incoming investors or target entities, as well as sourcing, raising, and confirming of multi-tranche equity providers to drive M&A transactions. Phoenix is often responsible for the entire investment cycle, covering the sourcing and structuring of investment opportunities (principally in the European market) as well as the implementation, negotiation and execution of M&A (deal) processes.
